We were given an actual appointment time - rather than the usual "morning" or "afternoon" you're often given and the technician (who I believe is also the owner) was not only prompt, professional and very friendly; but he quickly diagnosed the issue and had our machine up and running in no time. He explained everything along the way, answered all of our questions and gave us a very fair price.
I don't know what the previous reviewer is on about but we found the whole appointment to be professional, on time and very fairly priced.
